2026 HDF Update!

We have upgraded our system to a faster, more secure Vendor Portal. To maintain your partnership with us, all previous and new vendors must create a new vendor profile. Your old login credentials will no longer work.

 

Ready to apply for a spot at the 2026 Holly Day Fair?

 

Create a NEW Vendor Profile in our Vendor Platform. Once your profile is created, you will be able to log in and access the full application. Please note a $30 nonrefundable application fee is due upon submission in order for your application to be considered complete.

  2. Your initial step is to create a profile and apply using the New Vendor Profile & Application. Please save your username and password, because you will need these credentials to apply for a spot at the Holly Day Fair.
  3. You must create a profile to submit your application.

 

Once application has been completed:

Click here Vendor Profile to access your Vendor Profile to upload other required documents.

 

  1. Select Vendor from drop down box.
  2. Enter email used to create account.
  3. Select Fayetteville, NC from Leagues.
  4. Enter password created for account.
  5. Click Login.

The 59th Annual Holly Day Fair Committee is ready for another fantastic year! We are committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience to all who attend our show and we are looking forward to receiving your applications to participate as a vendor. Each year, we have such a unique mix of vendors who make our show successful and we thank you for your continued support of the Holly Day Fair.
